What are the treats made out of?

Each treat is handmade in small batches with only natural ingredients you know, love, and can pronounce! Each product will have the ingredients listed in the description. Our goal is to make delicious treats for your dog with no added fillers. Nothing more and nothing less!

If your pooch has a specific diet, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

These treats are for supplemental feeding only and should be used as a snack or reward.

Are the treats crunchy or soft?

Our treats are dehydrated to ensure shelf-life so it will come crunchy. If your pup prefers soft treats, you could write the request in the comment box at checkout and we will be able to customize the order for you!
Just remember to refrigerate the treats upon arrival in the sealed bag for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months (thaw completely before serving).

Storage Instructions

For crunchy treats: After opening, refrigerate in sealed bag for up to 2 weeks. Can be frozen for up to 3 months (thaw completely before serving)

For soft treats: Due to the freshness of ingredients, please refrigerate upon arrival in sealed bag for up to 2 weeks. Can be frozen up to 3 months (thaw completely before serving)

Shipping Policy

Treats are baked on Sundays, so orders placed before Saturday 6:00 p.m. will be shipped that following Monday 

For example, if an order is placed Saturday, 8/6/22 at 9:00am, the treats will get baked on Sunday 8/7/22 and shipped Monday 8/8/22.

If an order is placed Saturday 8/6/22 at 9:00pm or Sunday 8/7/22, the treats will get baked on Sunday 8/14/22 and shipped Monday 8/15/22

Please allow 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your treats!

Disclosure: Treats may break during shipping, but the love and deliciousness will remain whole <3

Refund Policy
